Agenda:

1. FSBC Pearl Harbor list of facility improvements from Dan Case*. 

2. Develop the annual meeting plan and program Annual Meeting Plan

3. Annual meeting webpage content


*Below is a of projects we have.  I broke them out into phases.  Let me know if you need more clarification on the scope of work, design, procurement and level of effort of any project.  They are not in any particular order.
  
  1. Replacing Sanctuary Carpet.
    • Replace all the sanctuary and pulpit carpet. 
    • *Optional* Install handrail up the stairs.
    • FSBCPH dose not have any of the materials on hand.
      • Phase 1 get quotes.
        • Get 3 quotes from contractors for new carpeting.
      • Phase 2 install carpeting.
        • Procure carpeting.
        • install carpet.
          •  (This can be done by either a knowledgeable team or by contractor)
      • Phase 3 Install Handrails
        • Procure handrails and
        • Install handrails.
  1. Sanctuary window bay repair 
    • Second floor window bay had termite damage.  Windows falling out. 
    • All materials are provided by FSBCPH.
      • Phase 1 Safety first
        • build safety platform and rail.
        • Outside the bay window over the walkway.
        • Strong enough to hold two people plus materials.  
      • Phase 2 demo
        • remove and replace infected and damaged wood.     
      • Phase 3 replace frame.
        • Build out new window bays frames to spec with design drawling’s.
        • Install new glass windows. 
      • Phase 4 paint.
        • Paint the outside and inside. 
  1. AC Fellowship Hall.
    • scope. 
      • Procure and install ac,
      • Install or Upgrade power outlets to handle AC units.
      • repair window bay to excepted AC units.
    • FSBCPH has lumber in stock.  Everything else will have to be procured for this project.
      • Phase 1. Repair and replace broken windows.
        • Procure lumber and supplies.
        • repair window bay.
        • remove and replace all termite damaged wood.
        • repair all gaps.
      • Phase 2 Reduce Air gaps. 
        • Procure window seals.
        • install seals for jealousy windows.
        • fix any air gaps in window frames.
      • Phase 4 AC Power
        • Procure electrical supplies.
        • Install conduit and wire.
        • Install circuit braker.
        • Install outlets.
      • Phase3 Install AC units.
        • Procure supplies.
        • Procure 2 18000BTU AC units.
        • Cut out and install and frame AC framing.
        • Install AC units. 
  1. Sign Installation
    • FSBCPH has a new sign.  We want to build a raised flowerbed around the sign with lights to illuminate the sign. 
    • All materials are provided by FSBCPH.
      • Phase 1 Power
        • Run and connect power to the sign.
        • Install power outlet to sign frame.
      • Phase 2 Build Flower bed
        • Gather the rocks from back of church parking lot.
        • Build Flower bed with mortar and rocks.
        • Fill bed with dirt.
        • Plant flowers.
        • Install light.  
  1. Sound system upgrade.
    • FSBCPH’s sound system needs a Life-Cycle replacement.
      • Phase 1 design
        • Design and get quotes for replacement equipment.
      • Phase 2 procure.
        • This can be done with Both FSBCPH and OBN money.
      • Phase 3 install
