1. Discuss recommendation(s) for the next Annual Meeting Arrangement and Credentials Committee(s) makeup. (approx. 30 minutes)

2. Review Restructuring Proposal as it pertains to Communications.  Clarify intent and understand where we are and where we need to be.  Inevitably we will also come up with the how's to get there.  (approx. 45 minutes)

3. Wrap up and action assignments. (approx. 15 minutes)
