Annie Lam accepted nomination as team lead and will serve as lead for 2024 (I don’t think we followed the Robert’s Rules of Order).

We shared about why each person joined this team and here are the responses in no particular order:
To facilitate meeting of needs, partnerships in missions, and in resource sharing.
To increase participation/engagement of churches
To listen to churches and break silos
To develop a sense of network
To develop a contact list
To make personal church visits
To celebrate successes
To promote OBI
To add value to churches
To help create an OBN identity (logo)
We agreed that the Communications Team will play a lead role in the OBN annual meeting arrangement committee (to be established)
We will come together monthly to develop and implement our priorities and workplan for 2024. Meetings will occur every first Tuesday of the month from 1:00-2:30 pm on Zoom, unless otherwise noted.
We will attempt to use a blog to communicate among team members and to archive written documents
